Puerto Rico Continues Champions League Campaign Today

After dispatching Toronto FC of Major League Soccer to earn their place in the 2009/10 CONCACAF Champions League Group Stages, the Islanders turn their attention to another MLS foe as they face the Columbus Crew tonight at Crew Stadium. Puerto Rico is looking to repeat their from last season's CCL tournament that saw them within penalty kicks of the Champions League final.

To have a chance to match or better their result, Puerto Rico will have to get through a tough Group C that includes tonight's opponent Columbus, Saprissa (Costa Rica) and Cruz Azul (Mexico). Cruz Azul knocked the Islanders out of last year's tournament in the semifinals so you can expect Colin Clarke's side to be excited about the opportunity to get some payback.

Watch Puerto Rico face off against the Columbus Crew at 8pm ET/7pm CT on Fox Soccer Channel.
